If you are registered with the Care Quality Commission in England, you are probably already listed. Claiming your profile is free.
Why claim your profile

- List the services and specialisms families most often ask you about.
- Show current availability and indicative pricing so enquiries are better matched.
- Receive enquiries directly from families, with the detail you need to respond.
How claiming works
Find your service using the search, open its profile and choose “Claim this profile”. Tell us who you are and we will verify the claim with you before any changes go live. Regulated information such as CQC ratings and registered activities is always sourced from the Care Quality Commission and cannot be edited.
Featured listings
A featured listing is a paid upgrade that puts your service at the top of matching search results with a “Featured provider” badge and a highlighted gold card, so families see you first. Regulated CQC information is never changed — featured listings only affect position and presentation.
£49 per month. No setup fee. Cancel through your billing portal at any time.
- Find your service and choose “Claim this profile”.
- Sign in with Google.
- Once your claim is approved, open your profile and choose “Upgrade to featured”.
What we ask of you
Keep your details accurate and up to date, respond to enquiries promptly, and be clear about what your service can and cannot support. Anything you supply is labelled on your profile as provided by the care provider.
