Searching
You do not need an account to search. Search terms such as a town or postcode are used to run your search and are not used to identify you.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we store the details you provide — your name, contact details, postcode, who needs care, the support required and any notes — and share them with the providers you selected so they can respond. Please do not include medical records or detailed clinical information.
Provider claims
When a provider claims a profile we store the contact details supplied so we can verify the claim.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@ajgcarefinder.co.uk.
